Payments
Payment card details are processed by configured WooCommerce payment gateways such as WiPay, Stripe or WooPayments. VirTTunity does not manually store complete card numbers or security codes.
How information is used
Information may be used for registration, payment reconciliation, event access, fulfilment, result review, support, safety, fraud prevention, reporting and legal compliance.
Access controls
Members should see only their own records. Authorized managers and administrators may access operational information only where their role and capability permit it.
Retention and rights
Records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, safety and legal requirements. Contact VirTTunity to request appropriate access, correction or deletion support.
