If an event is postponed, VirTTunity may offer updated event dates, transfer options, credit, substitution, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.
No-show participants, users who fail to upload results before a deadline, or users who breach event rules may not be eligible for refunds.
Payment gateway fees, bank fees, delivery fees, processing fees, and third-party charges may be non-refundable.
Users should contact VirTTunity with their registration code, order number, event name, and reason for the refund request.
